Guidelines
【Entry & Check-in Policy】
・All attendees and their belongings will be subject to security screening upon entry. Items prohibited from being brought into the venue include: large bags (backpacks or bags exceeding approximately 12"x12", coolers / ice boxes, outside food or drinks, umbrellas/tarps with a diameter over 3 foot (folding umbrellas are allowed), and chairs with legs (e.g. beach chairs). Light meals and drinks will be available for purchase inside the venue.
・On the day of the event we may conduct identity verification at the gate. Please be sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID (original). Copies or photos of IDs will not be accepted.
【Artist & Program Change Policy】
・The lineup, schedule, and/or program content of the event may change without prior notice. In the event of a change in performers or program content, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
・In the case of weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances that force changes to the event or tour schedule (including cancellation), we will inform ticket holders individually regarding ticket refund or alternative arrangements.
【Ticket Purchase Conditions】
・Resale or transfer of tickets for profit or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to have been resold or transferred improperly may be voided and the holder denied entry.
・Recording (audio/video) or photographing inside the seating areas is prohibited.
・Children aged 10 and under may enter free of charge only when occupying free Lawn (general-admission) seating. If a reserved seat is required, a full-price ticket must be purchased even for children under 10.
・Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances. Please keep your ticket secure.
【Attendance Rules】
・Please sit only in the seat assigned on your ticket. Seat-swapping or unauthorized changes are strictly forbidden.
・Each ticket admits one person only. Holding multiple tickets per person is prohibited and doing so may result in all held tickets being invalidated without refund, even if purchased in error.
・Behavior that disturbs other guests or interferes with the performance, for example, excessive shouting, off-beat calls, use of whistles, disruptive movement (e.g. excessive jumping), or any other actions deemed inappropriate by staff, is prohibited.
・Staff reserve the right to remove any person who at their discretion if these rules are violated. No refund will be issued, and future entry to events may be refused.
